ThingsAt provides a streamlined Managed Meeting Room Service (MMRS) which includes the design, delivery and ongoing governance and management of your meeting room requirements, making it easier and more cost-effective to manage and secure your meeting room systems while improving and streamlining the way users are communicating and collaborating.
MMRS is a way to outsource the setup, monitoring and technical support for a company’s meeting rooms. It provides proactive monitoring and technical support direct to end-users and covers areas such as faulty devices, meeting room usage and threat detection in a single per room per month fee.
Being hardware and vendor agnostic, ThingsAt MMRS delivers a consistent and unified approach both from a user experience perspective as well as an IT management perspective.

At the end of the leasing solution ThingsAt will work with you to plan an End of Life (EOL) timetable- whether that be “sweating” the asset for an additional time for cost savings, the return of hardware to the leasing partner or the ethical disposal of the hardware e.g., recycling or donation to charity.
Once a solution is agreed, ThingsAt will project manage and undertake the EOL plan and organise the replacement of the new meeting room equipment and maintenance for the next leasing cycle.
