Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant (EA) will play a pivotal role in the business supporting the CEO and various operational areas.
We are seeking a person that is looking for a varied and challenging role that would be part of their ongoing development. This person would have some experience with supporting leadership, managing an office and/or events.
The role requires a person that is highly organised and is able to demonstrate how they take initiative to get things done.
The role will be responsible for Executive support, office management, accounts admin, and sales administration support.
Location is Melbourne CBD. Whilst ThingsAt is a flexible working organisation, the expectation is that this role will be mainly office based with 3-4 days minimum on site.
